Although Steve enjoyed the many rewarding challenges and team dynamics associated with larger enterprises, in 2018 he welcomed the opportunity to join The SEER Group LLC and work closely with a group of diverse, independent business owners.

Steve’s responsibility is working with the leadership team to expand the SEER Group’s network of partner companies – while at the same time, preserving each company’s culture and brand. Expanding the network will accelerate The SEER Group’s growth and the growth of the partner companies and help fulfill the company’s vision to bring together industry-leading residential and commercial HVAC, electrical and plumbing companies to share best practices, combine centralized, shared resources and enjoy volume purchasing power.

Steve is the primary point of contact for The SEER Group who connects with prospective company owners to learn more about their companies, histories, goals and the benefits of becoming a partner company of The SEER Group.
Varied Business Experience
Steve’s over 30-year career began in sales, leading to small business management, the facilitating of small- to mid-size company mergers and acquisitions, and small business co-ownership. He managed the launch, growth, and sale of a B2B contracting business from 1999-2003. He then moved into a corporate role with the largest residential new construction interior surfaces company in the state of Washington, becoming a vice president of sales and company director.
In 2010, Steve accepted a position to oversee a fifteen-branch region for a leading national wholesale distributor. He held senior management positions in sales and operations, with two different leading wholesale distribution companies.
