The The SEER Group ’s in-house counsel provides legal support to The SEER Group and all partner SEER partner companies. This includes high-level risk analysis and operational guidance, as well as legal counseling in areas such as:
- Vendor and distribution agreements and relationships
- Customer agreements and warranties
- Drafting and negotiating companywide service, consulting and other operational agreements
- Managing company disputes and litigation
- Oversight of company privacy and data security
- Coordination with Human Resources for employment and employee benefits
- Acquisition and partnership agreements and relationships
