As Chief Administrative Officer for The SEER Group, Danielle Weeks provides partner HVAC companies support and direction in finance, insurance, and executive administration. Danielle has worked for The SEER Group’s CEO Darrin Erdahl for 25 years. She has nearly 20 years of experience supporting several of SEER’s HVAC partner companies with a focus on accounting and increasing office procedure efficiencies.

Prior to joining The SEER Group, Danielle worked for a local Insurance agency as Office Manager where she was able to use her knowledge and expertise gained from working for a large insurance corporation for several years prior.
