MEET THE SEER GROUP TEAM
Greg Williams came up through the service side of HVAC, starting out as a Maintenance Technician and later becoming a Senior Technician, then Service Manager. In Greg’s 30+ years in management, he has held other positions including Sales Manager, Manager of Fixed Operations, and General Manager.
While he has extensive management experience, Greg still understands what it’s like to be a tech “on call.” He joined The SEER Group in 2018 and assists partner HVAC companies with software implementation and service operations. He helps blend the two areas to show that service departments not only are no longer a “necessary evil,” but are viable profit centers for HVAC companies.
