Our state-of-the-art training facility features the latest technology in heating and cooling and hosts regular sessions with professional HVAC educators where employees can study for and earn NATE & EPA certifications.

FOUNDATIONS OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR:
This coaching session is for entry level service technicians. Attendees will learn to improve their diagnostic, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills. This session also includes an overview of electrical principles, heating and cooling sequencing, and the refrigeration cycle. As an accredited training program, attendees can earn 48 continuing education credits with NATE as well have an opportunity to earn their EPA 608 card.
ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIR:
This coaching session is for demand-level technicians who want to improve the quality of their current skill set. 80% of this training session is hands on, as attendees are challenged with real work service scenarios. Attendees gain an advanced understanding of electrical principles, heat transfer theory, TXV and reversing valve functions and diagnostics, and many other real-world skills. Attendees also learn customer service and communication best practices.
ADVANCED DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIR 2:
This fast-paced coaching session teaches technicians how to properly diagnose and repair blocked high efficiency heating systems, cracked heat exchanges, bad compressors, and difficult brazing requirements.. Daily performance based testing is designed to challenge even experienced technicians.
SERVICE SALES EXCELLENCE:
This coaching session is designed to help selling technicians improve their close rate, ticket price, PMA sales, and accessory inclusion. Attendees learn to leverage the value of open ended questions in order to better educate the customer. Additionally, technicians gain a new perspective on product benefits, menu utilization, and the important ways that financing influences customer choice. This is an ideal session for organizations that are committed to improving service department performance.
SALESPERSON COACHING:
This coaching session teaches sales people how to capitalize on the tectonic consumer shifts that have reshaped the way people think about buying products and services. Attendees will gain a better understanding of product benefits, practical tactics to resolve objections, and a proven method for differentiating their company in a crowded marketplace.
GENERAL MANAGER MONTHLY COACHING:
General Managers meet monthly to share best practices in order to improve organizational performance. Sessions are organized into three categories: Financial skills and applications, team performance, and individual growth. Each of these categories includes an output-based skill or tactic.
SERVICE MANAGER MONTHLY COACHING:
Service Managers meet on a monthly basis to share best practices and to improve their key performance indicators. Sessions are organized into three categories: KPI performance, operational improvement, and team performance.
SALES MANAGER MONTHLY COACHING:
Sales Managers meet monthly to improve and broaden their capabilities. Topics include motivating teams, goal setting, conducting effective group and individual meetings, time management, and sales tactics that will improve a teams’ top and bottom line results.
