The SEER Group is pleased to announce its nineteenth acquisition, Air Management Solutions in Bremerton, Washington.
Air Management Solutions was founded in 2002 and provides residential and commercial heating and cooling services in Kitsap County. Now retiring with a collective 84 years of HVAC experience, founders Bob and Patty Murphy created AMS to be a collaborative and detail-oriented partner to general contractors and homeowners.
“We have worked for 20 years to build a reputation of integrity, expert workmanship and superior customer service. Our primary focus when looking for a company to sell to was to find one that would continue the culture that we have built both within our company and within our community”, says Patty Murphy.
The SEER Group offers a range of expanded resources to partner companies but staffing and training are often the most immediately impactful and top of mind for company stakeholders. “We felt that in being a part of The SEER Group , our employees would have opportunities for training, support and growth that are more difficult for a stand alone company to offer” explained Murphy.
The acquisition of AMS marks The SEER Group ’s sixth in Western Washington.
