The SEER Group is pleased to announce its twenty-third acquisition, a majority stake in Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. Located in El Cerrito, California, this is the third acquisition for The SEER Group this year.
For over twenty-three years Hassler Heating and Air Conditioning has been an award-winning HVAC solutions provider in the East Bay area. Mike and Tim Hassler have built a leading brand based on family values and a commitment to taking care of the Hassler team and their customers, and will continue leading the team as partners and co-general managers.
